REMOVING STRESS WITH JAVA MEDITATION

Pick a quiet place. Better when staying at a hotel in the mountains or the beach. After the bath. Then a relaxed sitting at night in the open space around the hotel. Close your eyes. Then slowly pull the breath from your nose and out through the mouth. Take repeated slowly while enjoying the wind that hit your body. You'll enjoy how you live and create a high relaxation and all the stress you feel will be lost. You will feel a positive energy that flows into all part of your body. It is an energy that can awaken the spirit in your life tomorrow.
Take it and feel all the positive values in Java meditation. And you will be a new spirit to your life. Your concentration will increase and you will be easier to think.
